| PGZQ全自動(dòng)下卸料自清潔型離心機(jī)是一種立式、小刮刀卸料、自動(dòng)間歇操作過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)。它在一個(gè)工作周期內(nèi)可按照不同要求，依次自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)料、分離、卸料、清潔濾袋等工序。該機(jī)采用HMI人機(jī)界面觸摸操作系統(tǒng)和PLC可編程控制器，配合變頻器控制轉(zhuǎn)速系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械式自動(dòng)卸料裝置、料滿(mǎn)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置及各類(lèi)閥門(mén)聯(lián)合動(dòng)作，實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)的自動(dòng)化操作。適用于細(xì)顆粒和中等顆粒度固相懸浮液的固液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的固液分離，主要服務(wù)于化工、食品、制藥、礦物、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。 | PGZQ Automatic self-cleaning bottom discharge centrifuge,discharges by small scraper,operates intermittently.It automatically completes feeding,separating,discharging and cleaning with in work cycle according to different requirements.PGZQ series centrifuge adopts HMI and PLC,working accompanies with converter,machinery automatic discharging unit,overload automatic detection unit and valves,to realizes automatic operation of whole machine set.It is suit for separation of solid suspension includes tiny and medium particles,also suit for separation of fibrous material.Application field:chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,mining industry and environmental protection industry,etc. |
◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過(guò)濾分離。分離過(guò)程中液相透過(guò)固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤(pán)的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后，通過(guò)刮刀卸料，出渣口排出。最后，濾袋清潔機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作，清除殘余的固相物料。 | Material comes into rotating drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes it spread evenly on filter cloth of interior wall.During separation process,liquid trough gap within solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum interior wall,discharges by outlet.While solid material retained within drum wall.After separation,scraper cuts filter cake into pieces,then discharges by outlet.The last step is self-cleaning,remove solid residues. |

◎使用安全 | | |
| 一、主軸軸承運(yùn)行安全 1）優(yōu)化主軸承結(jié)構(gòu)布局，裝配與拆卸簡(jiǎn)單可靠，保證軸承正常使用。 2）集中式油脂潤(rùn)滑。主軸承上下組單獨(dú)高壓供油，降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的難度，為設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行提供保障條件。 二、料液在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)均布安全 布料方式：葉片風(fēng)輪式旋轉(zhuǎn)斜盤(pán)布料。 1) 改善因料液進(jìn)入布料器內(nèi)形成的流體紊亂而造成布料器拋料現(xiàn)象。 2) 消除因布料器工作時(shí)，在出料口形成流體壓力墻造成的布料受阻及分布不均現(xiàn)象。 3）減少料液在布料器內(nèi)停留時(shí)間，快速通過(guò)，均勻布料。 4）改善因布料不均而造成的設(shè)備異常震動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，降低對(duì)設(shè)備零部件的損害。 三、物料安全 物料清除方式：杠桿式自動(dòng)清除濾袋上殘留物料。濾袋在工作狀態(tài)時(shí)貼附于轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁，在完成料液分離、刮刀卸料之后，濾袋在連桿系統(tǒng)的作用下發(fā)生形變（成為上大下小與主軸同心的60度圓錐），從而將濾布壁上的殘留固相物剝離，從下卸料口排出。 1）連桿結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，功能可靠。 2）提高分離效果。 3）有效清除殘留物料，避免物料交叉污染。 四、操作安全 設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)充分考慮設(shè)備的操作安全性，保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作人員及設(shè)備運(yùn)行安全。 1）外置手動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑油脂加油泵，方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員操作，確保主軸軸承當(dāng)班正常保養(yǎng)維護(hù)，有效降低設(shè)備故障率，提高生產(chǎn)效率。 2）設(shè)備上的高壓油管路、線路設(shè)計(jì)在保護(hù)殼內(nèi)，并將接口集中放置，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔無(wú)外露，確保人、機(jī)安全。 3）HMI人機(jī)界面，PLC控制，整機(jī)自動(dòng)化操作，無(wú)人看護(hù)，自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)與保護(hù)。 | A.
