臥式刮刀卸料離心機 | GK series | |
| GK系列臥式刮刀卸料離心機是一種臥式寬刮刀卸料、全自動間隙卸料過濾式離心分離機械，分為普通和虹吸式兩大類。該系列產(chǎn)品可自動或手動進行周期性循環(huán)操作，可實現(xiàn)各階段工序用時周期的可調(diào)控性。主要適用于含中細顆粒的固液分離，服務于化工、制藥、食品工業(yè)等領域。 | GK series horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge adopts wide scraper,operates intermittently and fully automatic programmed.It has two sorts:ordinary and siphonic,operates cyclic by manual or aromatically.It is suit for separation of solid suspension includes tiny and medium particles.Application field:chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,etc. |
◎工作原理 | | |
| 轉(zhuǎn)鼓全速運轉(zhuǎn)后，進料閥門自動定時開啟，待分離懸浮液通過進料管進入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，借助離心力的作用將固相均勻的分布在濾網(wǎng)上并被截留形成濾餅，液相則通過濾網(wǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁小孔甩出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)機殼的切向排液口排出。到達預定時間后，進料閥門自動關閉，轉(zhuǎn)鼓全速運轉(zhuǎn)一定時間后，刮刀沿轉(zhuǎn)鼓徑向旋轉(zhuǎn)切入濾餅，物料則通過螺旋輸送或斜斗重力方式排出機外。 | After drum full speed running,feed valve timely turns on automatically,floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches fixed time,feed valve turns down automatically,drum full speed running again,scraper rotates radially and cut into cake,treated material discharges out by spiral convey or sloping hopper. |

| 1、可設計隔墻式安裝結構，動力區(qū)域（電機傳動、液壓潤滑等動力系統(tǒng)等）與生產(chǎn)區(qū)域（轉(zhuǎn)鼓、機殼、進出料裝置等）相分離，適用于高潔凈要求生產(chǎn)。 2、全密閉防爆潔凈型結構設計，主軸采用雙向密封設計，離心機內(nèi)腔氮氣保護，充分滿足密閉防爆。 3、離心機浮動平臺，底部裝配阻尼減震器，安裝方便，運行平穩(wěn)。 4、轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件進行立車全加工，控制轉(zhuǎn)鼓不圓度。 5、采用變頻調(diào)速和PLC程序控制，配置人機界面，配套電器—液壓（氣動）執(zhí)行機構，對全工序過程全程監(jiān)控，真正體現(xiàn)自動化。 6、通過變頻調(diào)速實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，采用能耗制動或回饋制動方式運行更可靠。 7、*的保護系統(tǒng)：料位探測、轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、過振動保護、開蓋聯(lián)鎖保護、電機過載過熱保護等等，使用操作更安全。 | 1）Available diaphragm type structure,power parts(motor transmission,hydraulic lubrication,etc.)separate from production parts(drum,shell,material feed & discharge,etc.),meet the requirements of high cleanliness occasion. 2）Fully sealed explosion proof structure,main shaft adopts dual end sealed design,interior cavity nitrogen overload protection. 3）Centrifuge floating platform,the base equipped with damping shock absorber,easy assembly and smooth running. 4）Vertical lathe processes drum part,adjusts roundness. 5）Adopts HMI and PLC,working accompanies with converter,equipped with hydraulic or pneumatic driving structure,whole process monitoring. 6）Trough frequency control realize stepless speed change,reliable dynamic braking or feedback braking. 7）Perfect protection system:material layer detection,speed detection,over vibration,overload,overheat,lid opening interlock,etc. |
