◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進料管進入高速旋轉的離心機轉鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉鼓內壁的濾布上，進行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉鼓壁內。達到分離要求后切斷電源，用制動裝置使轉鼓停止回轉，打開上蓋，由人工清除濾餅。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth and forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,use braking unit stop drum running,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
