PSC系列離心機(jī)用途廣泛，尤其適用于離心過濾中因固體顆粒易堵塞過濾介質(zhì)而過濾阻力過大時(shí)或細(xì)顆粒漏失過多時(shí)的懸浮液分離。該沉降離心機(jī)可用于結(jié)晶、化學(xué)沉淀物、煤粉等懸浮液的分離、各種污水污泥的脫水以及動(dòng)植物油的除渣澄清等領(lǐng)域。		PSC series centrifuge especially suit for separation of float liquid:1）has particles easily jammed;2）has tiny particles leak too many.Application field:crystal,chemical sediment,coal powder,wastewater,sludge,animal fats and vegetable oils.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

沉降式離心機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上無孔，待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下形成環(huán)狀液層，其中的固體顆粒沉降到轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上，形成沉渣。澄清的液體經(jīng)過吸液管排出。分離結(jié)束時(shí)用人工或機(jī)械方法卸出沉渣。

Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase decanting on drum wall forms residues.Clarified liquid discharge trough priming tube.After separation,discharge residues by human or by machinery.

◎主要特點(diǎn)

1、轉(zhuǎn)速相對較高，分離因數(shù)大。

2、與物料接觸為不銹鋼，耐腐性能好。

3、設(shè)備主要零件表面均采用精密拋光處理。

4、維護(hù)方便快捷。

1、平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。 2、轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為鑄鐵包襯不銹鋼外其余全部采用不銹鋼。 3、機(jī)殼、機(jī)蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。 4、軸承座采用鑄鋼件(ZG230-450)包襯不銹鋼。		1）Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2）Drum base is made of cast iron coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3）Shell,top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 4）Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron（ZG230-450）coated stainless steel.
