◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進料管進入高速旋轉的離心機轉鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉鼓壁內(nèi)。達到分離要求后停機，開啟機蓋，人工用卸料，完成一個工作循環(huán)。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth forms a cake.While liquid phase through gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turns down the machine,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |

| 1、全密閉結構避免分離物料的交叉感染，內(nèi)腔氮氣保護，滿足密閉防爆要求。 2、特殊電機主軸與轉鼓直聯(lián)傳動，無皮帶摩擦帶來的粉塵污染。 3、外殼可全翻，翻開角度大于90度，轉鼓整體外露，可觀察觸摸轉鼓底部，便于清潔、更換濾布。 4、與物料接觸部分為不銹鋼，耐腐蝕性好。 5、設備主要零部件表面均采用精密拋光處理，內(nèi)部結構，易清洗。 6、可同時配備大翻蓋，快開結構。 | 1）Fully sealed structure prevent material from cross infection,interior cavity nitrogen overload protection,explosion proofed. 2）Unique motor shaft direct-connected driving with drum,free from dust pollution caused by belt friction. 3）Totally reversible shell,turning angle is over than 90 degree,drum fully exposed facilitate cleaning and changing filtering cloth. 4）Parts contact material is made of stainless steel,has a property of corrosion proof. feedback braking ensure safety. 5）Critical parts surface is polished,interior structure without dead corner,easy to cleaning. 6）Available reversible big lid and fast opening structure. |
