◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進料管進入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后停機，開啟機蓋，人工用卸料，完成一個工作循環(huán)。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth forms a cake.While liquid phase through gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turns down the machine,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
