| PGZ系列刮刀下卸料全自動離心機是一種自動化程度高、可實現(xiàn)全自動程序控制的間歇式分離機械，具有多種配置可供選擇。該系列產(chǎn)品具有無菌衛(wèi)生、密閉防爆、多重安全保護等特點。適用于細顆粒和中等顆粒度固相懸浮液的固液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的固液分離，如：石膏、硫酸、硫酸銅、氯化鈉、硼砂染料樹脂、農(nóng)藥農(nóng)劑等化工行業(yè)；食鹽、味精食品添加劑淀粉、制糖、調(diào)味品等食品行業(yè)；抗生素、維生素等制藥行業(yè)及礦物、環(huán)保等其它行業(yè)。 | PGZ series automatic scraper bottom discharge centrifuge,operates intermittently and fully automatic programmed.It has properties of sterile,sealed and explosion-proof,ａnd safety protection.It is suit for separation of solid suspension includes tiny and medium particles,also suit for separation of fibrous material.Application field:chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,mining industry ａnd environmental protection industry,etc. |
◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進料管進入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達到分離要求后，通過刮刀自動下部卸料，出渣口排出。 | Material comes into rotating drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes it spread evenly on filter cloth of interior wall.During separation process,liquid trough gap within solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum wall,discharges by outlet.While solid material retained within drum wall.After separation,scraper cut filter cake into pieces,discharges by outlet.The last step is self-cleaning,remove solid residues. |

| 1、全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封可靠，內(nèi)腔氮氣保護，充分滿足密閉防爆要求。 2、快開式大翻蓋結(jié)構(gòu)，可選裝電動斜式布料器，布料更均勻，有效降低布料不均勻帶來的振動。 3、附加在線清洗系統(tǒng)，保證清潔度，更能滿足GMP規(guī)范要求。 4、采用內(nèi)抽式結(jié)構(gòu)軸承座，便于安裝與維修。 5、采用HMI觸摸人機界面，PLC控制器；變頻程序控制系統(tǒng)，啟動平穩(wěn)；通過程序設(shè)定，實現(xiàn)加料、過濾、洗滌、卸料等全過程的自動化；電機采用能耗或回饋制動。 6、可選配氣體反吹裝置，清除殘余濾餅。 7、無人看護，實現(xiàn)自動監(jiān)測與保護。具有轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、料層探測、過振動保護、電機過載過熱保護、刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)升降機械電氣雙重聯(lián)鎖保護、開蓋與機器運轉(zhuǎn)的聯(lián)鎖保護等多項功能。 | 1）Fully sealed structure,interior cavity protected from overload nitrogen,explosion proof. 2）Fast-opening big lid structure,available electric slope dish distributor evenly distribution,greatly impair vibration caused by unevenly feeding. 3）Internal online washing system,meet the requirement of high grade cleanliness. 4）Adopts interior removal bearing pedestal,facilitate assembly and repair. 5）Adopts HMI and PLC,working accompanies with converter,smooth start；through programmed design,realize fully automation of feeding,filtering,washing and discharging.Motor adopts dynamic braking and feedback braking. 6）Available air recoil unit,facilitate removal of filter cake. 7）Unattended operation facilitate automatic monitoring and protecting,has functions of speed detection,material layer detection,over vibration,overload,overheat,scraper turning and lifting has dual protection of machinery ａnd electric,lid opening interlock,etc. |

| 1、 平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。 2、 轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為鑄鐵件(HT200)包襯不銹鋼外，其余全部采用不銹鋼。 3、 機殼、機蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。 4、 平衡缸采用全不銹鋼。 5、 軸承座采用鑄鋼件(ZG230-450)。 | 1) Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2) Drum base is made of cast iron（HT200）coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3) Shell and top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 4) Balance cylinder is made of stainless steel. 5) Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron（ZG230-450）. |
