工作原理：
物料被定量加入分級(jí)機(jī)下部的分散腔內(nèi)，在補(bǔ)風(fēng)氣流的吹掃作用下得到初步分散，同時(shí)在負(fù)壓作用下上升，進(jìn)入到上部分級(jí)腔內(nèi)，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的分級(jí)輪處得到進(jìn)一步分散，隨后接受高速分級(jí)輪的篩選，合格細(xì)粉會(huì)通過分級(jí)輪繼而通過管道進(jìn)入后道收塵設(shè)備（旋風(fēng)分離器、布袋除塵器等），較粗的顆粒將沿筒壁而下，從最下端被卸出。
