1. 概述( Description )：

不銹鋼重錘式粉碎機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于制藥工業(yè)，食品工業(yè)，化學(xué)，橡膠，電子工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。

2. 原理( Principle )：

塊狀物料從粉碎機(jī)頂部均勻的加入，經(jīng)過一個(gè)自關(guān)閉式門后，進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的重錘粉碎區(qū)，重錘下面有篩網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)的孔徑可選，小于孔徑的物料穿過網(wǎng)孔排出粉碎機(jī)外，大于孔徑的物料繼續(xù)在內(nèi)部被粉碎。當(dāng)重錘高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候，會(huì)產(chǎn)生正壓，有氣流產(chǎn)生，若用于固體粉碎，可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生粉塵，一個(gè)額外的除塵器需要安裝在粗碎機(jī)的旁邊，用來收集從粗碎機(jī)出來的粉塵。
Big briquettes being feed into the mill from the top inlet , there is a self-close door for protect material coming out once briquettes come in ,briquettes come into the high speed hammer area , a net under the hammer , the net hole size is selectable , material being crushed by high speed rotating hammer , the crushed material which size less than net hole can come out , other big briquettes was continuously crushed by rotating heavy hammer. when hammer rotating , some pressure and air flow generated ,if for crush solid material without moisture , one additional filter beside the mill for collect the dust from the outlet of mill is necessary .

 

 

3、應(yīng)用范圍（ Application Scope ）

適用于需要將原料破碎成顆粒，篩網(wǎng)的孔徑一般在10 -35mm 。
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to be crushed into granules , the net size normally in10 to 20 mm
