1. 概述( Description )：

不銹鋼顎式破碎機(jī)主要由框架、動(dòng)顎板、定顎板、調(diào)節(jié)裝置以及驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、除塵罩等部分組成。塊狀物料在動(dòng)顎板和定顎板之間被壓碎成更小的塊，直至小于出口間隙大小，直接從底部出口排出。

2. 原理( Principle )：

電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶和皮帶輪，通過(guò)偏心軸使動(dòng)顎上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，當(dāng)動(dòng)顎上升時(shí)肘板和動(dòng)顎間夾角變大，從而推動(dòng)動(dòng)顎板向定顎板靠近，此時(shí)被破碎的物料被擠壓、搓、碾等多重受力而被破碎。當(dāng)動(dòng)顎下行時(shí)，肘板和動(dòng)顎間夾角變小，動(dòng)顎板在拉桿、彈簧的作用下與定顎板的間距拉大，此時(shí)被破碎的物料從破碎腔出料口排出，隨著偏心軸的連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，動(dòng)顎作周期性的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，進(jìn)入破碎腔的物料不斷地被破碎、排出，實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。
