1. 概述( Description )：

多功能粉碎機廣泛應(yīng)用于制藥工業(yè)，食品工業(yè)，化學(xué)工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。

2. 原理( Principle )：

整個系統(tǒng)包括固定錘頭組和高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的錘頭組，兩組錘頭都在一個金屬網(wǎng)里面，網(wǎng)孔的大小可選，物料從上部的進料口流入，被動錘和定錘破碎，小于篩網(wǎng)孔徑的粉末穿過篩網(wǎng)排出，其余大顆粒繼續(xù)在里面破碎，當(dāng)錘頭旋轉(zhuǎn)的時候，會產(chǎn)生正壓，有氣流產(chǎn)生，一個額外的除塵器在破碎機的旁邊，用來收集從破碎機出來的粉塵。
The whole system include a fixed hammer group and a high speed rotating hammer group , all these two hammer group are inside a net , the net hole size is selectable , material come in from the top inlet and was crushed by rotating hammer and fixed hammer , the powder which size less than net hole can come out , other big granules was continuously crushed by hammer inside the net . when hammer rotating , some pressure and air flow generated , one additional filter beside the crusher for collect the dust from the outlet of crusher .

適用于需要將原料破碎成粉末，篩網(wǎng)的孔徑一般在30目-200目。
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to be crushed into powder , the net size normally in mesh 30 to mesh 200
