概述

　　廢熱空氣或換熱空氣進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥器內(nèi)，在通道中直接與濕固廢傳熱傳質(zhì)，配套專用破碎裝置(特殊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì))，使固廢中的水分快速蒸發(fā)，固廢顆粒較小的隨氣體一起由外通道排出干燥器收集，而較大的固廢顆粒在干燥器中停留的時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，直至干化完成。部分廢氣抽出，經(jīng)除臭器處理達(dá)到大氣排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后(或經(jīng)水沫除塵降溫后)排入大氣中。

　　Waste hot air or heat exchange air enters the rotary drum dryer,ａnd directly transfers heat and mass with wet solid waste in the channelA special crushing device (special structure design)is equipped to make the moisture in solid waste evaporate quickly.Smaller solid waste particles are discharged from the dryer with the gas and collected while larger solid waste particles stay in the dryer for a long time until drying is completed. Part of the waste gas is extracted treated by deodorizer and discharged into the atmosphere (or cooled by water foam dust removal).
