概述

　　快諫打散粉碎干燥裝苦是我公司為克服靜態(tài)干爆低效、高耗而研制開潑的新型高效流態(tài)化干燥設(shè)備。該機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中充分結(jié)合氣流干燥筆流杰干燥的特點(diǎn)，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，使整機(jī)具有合理的工藝結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)械的使用性能，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了流態(tài)化干燥的低耗、高效目標(biāo)。熱空氣由進(jìn)風(fēng)口以一定的速度從干燥裝置底部進(jìn)入攪拌粉碎干燥室.對(duì)物料強(qiáng)烈的剪切、吹浮、旋轉(zhuǎn)作用，于是物料受到離心，剪切，碰撞、磨擦而被微?；瑥?qiáng)化了傳質(zhì)傳熱。在干燥裝置底部，較大較濕顆粒團(tuán)在撞拌器的作用下被機(jī)械破碎，濕含量較低，顆粒度較小的顆粒被旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流夾帶，上升，在上升的過(guò)程中進(jìn)一步干燥，由于氣調(diào)相作旋轉(zhuǎn)流動(dòng),固相慣性大于氣相，固氣兩相間的相對(duì)速度較大，強(qiáng)化兩相間的傳

熱效果，所以該機(jī)干燥強(qiáng)度高。

       Rapid Dispersion and Pulverization Drying Device is a new type of high efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high consumption of static drying. In the design process, the machine fully combines the characteristics of fluidized drying such as airflow drying, to enhance its strengths and avoid its weaknesses, so that the whole machine has a reasonable techno oqica structure and superior performance. and trulv achieves the goal of low consumption and high efficiency of fluidized drying.Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drving chamber from the bottom of the drver at a certain speed through the air inlet.which has a strong shearing.blowing and rotating effect on the material.As a result the material is particulatized by centrifugation, shearing. collision and friction,thus enhancing the mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content  and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating airtlow and rise. During the process of rising, they are further dried.Due to the rotating flow of the gas-dry phase, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is larger. The heat transfer effect of two phases is changed, so the machine has high drying strength.

　　6.干燥室內(nèi)周向氣速高，物料停留時(shí)間短，有效防止物料粘壁及熱敏性物料變質(zhì)。
