操作方法

1.顎式空載試車　　

（1） 顎式破碎機(jī)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2小時(shí)，軸承溫升不得  過30℃。

（2） 所有緊固件應(yīng)牢固，無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

（3） 飛輪、槽輪運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

（4） 所有摩擦部件無擦傷、掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無不正常的響聲。

（5） 排料口的調(diào)整裝置應(yīng)能保證排料口的調(diào)整范圍。

2. 顎式有載試車　　

（1） 顎式破碎機(jī)不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊、撞擊聲。

（2） 很大給料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。

（3） 連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)8h，軸承溫升不得  過30℃。

3.顎式破碎機(jī)使用前的準(zhǔn)備工作　　

（1） 仔細(xì)檢查軸承的潤(rùn)滑情況是否良好，推力板的連接處是否有足夠潤(rùn)滑脂。

（2） 仔細(xì)檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。

（3） 仔細(xì)檢查傳動(dòng)帶是否良好。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí) 換，當(dāng)傳動(dòng)帶或帶輪上有油污時(shí)，應(yīng)用抹布將油污擦凈。

（4） 檢查防護(hù)裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)排除

（5） 檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或雜物，若有礦石或雜物時(shí)，則必須清理干凈，以確保破碎機(jī)空腔起動(dòng)。

（6） 檢查起頂螺栓是否退回，墊片組是否壓緊，T型螺栓是否擰緊。破碎機(jī)司機(jī)必須經(jīng)過指導(dǎo)，達(dá)到“三懂”（懂結(jié)構(gòu)、懂性能、懂原理）、“四會(huì)”（會(huì)使用、會(huì)維護(hù)、會(huì)保養(yǎng)、會(huì)處理故障），經(jīng)指導(dǎo)考試合格，取得合格證后，方準(zhǔn)上崗操作。

第2條與工作面刮板輸送司機(jī)、運(yùn)輸巷帶式輸送機(jī)司機(jī)密切配合，統(tǒng)一信號(hào)聯(lián)系，按順序開、停開有大塊煤、矸在破碎機(jī)的進(jìn)料口堆積外溢時(shí)，應(yīng)停止工和面刮板輸送機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)若大塊煤，矸不能進(jìn)入破轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)或有金屬物件時(shí)，必須停機(jī)處理。

操作提示

1、根據(jù)使用情況，碎石軋料槽上面應(yīng)設(shè)保護(hù)罩，防止碎石由軋料槽內(nèi)崩出傷人。

2、開機(jī)前，要去掉破碎機(jī)內(nèi)及周圍的雜物，必須檢查各潤(rùn)滑部位，并用手搬動(dòng)數(shù)圈，各部機(jī)構(gòu)靈活才允許開機(jī)。

3、破碎機(jī)工作時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁用手從腭板間取出石塊，如有故障應(yīng)用撬棍、鐵鉤等工具處理。

4、若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電動(dòng)機(jī)，待物料去掉干凈后，再行起動(dòng)。

5、調(diào)節(jié)排料口時(shí)，應(yīng)先松開擰緊彈簧，待調(diào)整好后，再適當(dāng)調(diào)整彈簧的張緊程度并擰緊螺栓，以防襯板在工作時(shí)脫落。

6、破碎機(jī)工作時(shí)，要防止石塊嵌入張力彈簧中，而影響聲彈聲簧強(qiáng)度。

Operation method

1. Jaw type no-load test

(1) The jaw cruasher shall operate continuously for 2 hours, and the temperature rise of the bearings shall not exceed 30 ℃.

(2) All fasteners should be firm and free of looseness.

(3) The flywheel and pulley operate smoothly.

(4) All friction components are free from scratches, debris, and grinding, and there are no abnormal noises.

(5) The adjustment device of the discharge port should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the discharge port.

2. Jaw loaded test drive

(1) Jaw cruashers shall not habve periodic or significant impacts or impact sounds.

(2) The maximum feeding particle size should comply with the design specifications.

(3) After continuous operation for 8 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.

3. Preparation work before using jaw cruasher

(1) Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient lubricating grease at the connection of the thrust a plate.

(2) Carefully inspect all fasteners to ensure they are securely fastened.

(3) Carefully check if the drive belt is in good condition. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When there is oil stains on the drive belt or pulley, a cloth should be used to wipe off the oil stains.

(4) Check if the protective device is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomena are found, they should be promptly eliminated

(5) Check if there are any ores or debris in the cruashing chamber. If there are ores or debris, they must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that the cruasher chamber starts.

(6) Check if the top bolt is retracted, if the gasket group is tightened, and if the T-bolt is tightened. The cruasher driver must undergo training to achieve the "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles) and "four skills" (understanding use, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting), pass the training and examination, and obtain a certificate of qualification before being allowed to operate on duty.

Article 2: Work closely with the scraper conveyor driver on the workaing face and the belt conveyor driver in the transportation lane, unify signal communication, and start and stop in sequence. When large coal and gangue accumulate and overflow at the feeding port of the cruasher, the operation of the scraper conveyor on the workaing face should be stopped. If large coal and gangue cannot enter the cruasher or there are metal objects, the machine must be stopped for processing.

Operation tips

1. According to usage, a protective cover should be installed above the cruashed stone rolling groove to prevent cruashed stones from falling out of the groove and injuring people.

2. Before starting up, the debris inside and around the cruasher must be removed. All lubrication parts must be checked and manually moved several times to ensure that all mechanisms are flexible before starting up.

3. When the cruasher is workaing, it is strictly prohibited to remove stones from between the palate a plates by hand. If there is a malfunction, tools such as pry bars and iron hooks should be used for handling.

4. If the car stops due to material blockage in the cruashing chamber, the motor should be immediately turned off and restarted after the material is cleared.

5. When adjusting the discharge port, the tightening spring should be loosened first. After adjustment, adjust the tension of the spring appropriately and tighten the bolts to prevent the lining a plate from falling off during operation.

6. When the cruasher is workaing, it is necessary to prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, which may affect the strength of the spring.
