顎式破碎機PE125x150（英文翻譯：Jaw Crasher），俗稱鄂破，由動鄂和靜顎兩塊顎板組成破碎腔，模擬動物的兩顎運動而完成物料破碎作業(yè)的破碎機。廣泛運用于礦山、冶煉、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化工等行業(yè)中各種礦石與大塊物料的中等粒度破碎。被破碎物料的抗壓強度為320Mpa。

復擺鄂式破碎機工作原理

動顎上端直接懸掛在偏心軸上，作為曲柄連桿機構的連桿，由偏心軸的偏心直接驅動，動顎的下端鉸連著推力板支撐到機架的后壁上。當偏心軸旋轉時，動顎上各點的運動軌跡是由懸掛點的圓周線(半徑等于偏心距)，逐漸向下變成橢圓形，越向下部，橢圓形越偏，直到下部與推力板連接點軌跡為圓弧線。由于這種機械中動顎上各點的運動軌跡比較復雜，故稱為復雜擺動式顎式破碎機。

Working Principle of Simplex Jaw Crusher
