使用說明

（一）顎式破碎機起動前的準備工作 　

1、應仔細檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，軸承內(nèi)肘板連接處是否有足夠的潤滑脂。

2、應仔細檢查所有的緊固件是否  緊固。

3、防護裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全現(xiàn)象，應立即去掉之。

4、檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或其他雜物，如有則應立即去掉。

（二）顎式破碎機的起動

1、經(jīng)檢查、證明機器與傳動部分情況正常，始可起動。

2、本機只能在無負荷情況下起動。

3、起動后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時，應立即停車，待查明原因排除隱患，方可再次起動。

（三）顎式破碎機的維護和使用

1、破碎機正常運轉(zhuǎn)后，方可投料。

2、待破碎材料應均勻地加入破碎腔內(nèi)，并應避免側(cè)面加料，防止負荷突變或單邊突增。

3、在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫升不應  過35℃，很高溫度不得  過70℃，否則應立即停車，查明原因加以去掉。

4、停車前，應先停止加料，待破碎腔內(nèi)被破碎物料  排空后，方可關(guān)閉電機。

（四）顎式破碎機的潤滑

1、經(jīng)常注意及時做好磨擦面的潤滑工作，可保證機器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)和延長使用壽命。

2、本機采用的潤滑脂，應根據(jù)使用地點、氣溫等條件來決定，一般可采用鈣基、鈉基或鈣鈉基潤滑脂。

3、加入軸承座的潤滑脂為其容積的50－70%，每三個月必須 換一次；換新油時必須用干凈的油或油清洗軸承與軸承座內(nèi)污物。

4、肘板與肘板墊接觸處在機器開動前，必須加入潤滑脂。

4. Check if there are any ores or other debris in the cruashing chamber, and eliminate them immediately if there are.

（2） Starting of jaw cruasher
