2.Immobilized Anti-CEA Antibody at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CEACAM5 / CD66e Protein (His Tag)(Cat:11077-H08H),The EC50 is 5.5-16 ng/mL. 

3.Anti-CEA Antibody, Human IgG1 captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human CEACAM-5/CD66e Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11077-H08H) with an affinity constant of 3.22 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).
