2.Loaded anti-CD3E antibody on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CD3 epsilon/CD3e Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10977-H08H) with an affinity constant of 3.51 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested). 

3.Mouse Anti-Human CD3 (SP34）captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human CD3 epsilon/CD3e Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10977-H08H) with an affinity constant of 1.604 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
