ATS has designed and manufactured a new

range of refrigerated compressed air dryers

that provide a combination of technology

1.功能原理

從 空 壓 機(jī) 出 來 的 高 溫 潮 濕 的 壓 縮 空 氣 首 先 經(jīng) 過 氣/氣 熱 交 換

器 預(yù) 冷 卻，預(yù) 冷 后 的 空 氣，進(jìn) 入 蒸 發(fā) 器， 與 冷 媒 進(jìn) 行 熱 交 換 ，

使 壓 縮 空 氣 的 溫 度 降 至 需 求 的 溫 度 值.空 氣 中 的 水 份 在 此 析

出，通過除水器將壓縮空氣中析出的冷凝水、油和雜質(zhì)從空

氣中分離出來，經(jīng)過自動(dòng)排水器將其排出機(jī)外。

1. The function principle

The warm compressed air enters the air/air heat exchanger

ａnd gets pre-cooled by the outgoing cold air. Then, the pre-co-

oled air passes through the evaporator where it is cooled to

the required temperature. The condensate, separated from the

compressed air in the demister, is discharged automatically

by the condensate drain.The refrigerant and the temperature

are regulated by a by-pass pressure valve.

冷凍式干燥機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件是熱交換器，ATS的鋁制換熱器

單元可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多項(xiàng)功能。

氣-氣熱交換

進(jìn)入干燥機(jī)的熱空氣與已經(jīng)冷卻的空氣在這里進(jìn)行熱交換，一

方面對(duì)進(jìn)入干燥機(jī)的壓縮空氣進(jìn)行預(yù)冷，節(jié)約能源，另一方面

讓已經(jīng)干燥的壓縮空氣升溫，以避免管路結(jié)露。

混合腔 

不同于市面上現(xiàn)有的交換器，特制的單元在氣/氣交換器的出口

有 一 個(gè) 混 合 腔.這 段 行 程 非 常 重 要 ， 因 為 氣 體 溫 度 在 氣/氣 交 換

器出口通道中是不均勻的，混合腔使氣體在均勻的溫度下低速

進(jìn)入蒸發(fā)器通道，以獲得的熱交換效果。

蒸發(fā)器

經(jīng)過氣/氣熱交換器預(yù)冷的壓縮空氣通過混合腔后進(jìn)入蒸發(fā)器，

與冷媒進(jìn)行熱交換，使空氣被干燥至一定的壓力露點(diǎn)下，熱量

則被冷媒帶走。

除水器

經(jīng)過蒸發(fā)器后被冷卻的氣體通過除水器時(shí)，冷凝液被析出在一

個(gè) 大 的 收 集 腔 里.模 塊 式 一 體 成 型 及 內(nèi) 部 的 流 線 型 設(shè) 計(jì) 使 除 水器的壓降很低。

2. Ultra compact heat exchanger

The main part of the refrigeration air dryers is the heat exchan-ger.This compact aluminium unit contains various stages ofthe treatment of compressed air.

Air/air exchanger. Where the first phase is carried out.

In this section the inlet air is pre-cooled and the outlet air is

post- heated.This allows the reduction of energy consumption

of the chiller circuit and reduces the possibility of condensate

forming on the outer surface of the outlet pipe.

Flow mixing chamber. Unlike other exchangers on the

market, the unit designed has a low mixing chamber at

the air/air exchanger outlet.This passage is very important

because the air temperatures at the exit of the air/air exchan-

ger channels are not uniform.The mixing chamber enables the

air low to enter the evaporator channels at a uniform tempe-

rature, allowing an optimum exchange.

Evaporator. The pre-cooled air in the air/air heat exchanger

is mixed in the inlet mixing chamber of the evaporator and

cools to the dewpoint. The heat is transferred to the gas

refrigerant that evaporates. 

Demister. The air cooled in the evaporator passes through a

demister separator which allows the condensate to drain into

a large collecting chamber.The geometry of both the module

ａnd demister allows pressure drop values to be kept low.
