• The Operation of Machine

1. Before Operation

• Check if the glass turntable and vibrator have stopped.

• Check for any other debris on the glass turntable and in the vibrating discharge

chute.

• Adjust the size of the tablet mouth.

• How to adjust the orbiter:

①　The peripheral orbiter and the inner orbiter should be parallel to each other with

a width slightly larger than the diameter of the tablet or capsule to be counted,

and the discharge opening should be placed in the middle of the electric eye

socket.

②　The front end of the peripheral orbiter should be attached to the circumference,

and the capsule will be smooth when it slides.

③　Adjust the deflector so that its height is slightly larger than the thickness of the

tablet.

• Choose the appropriate discharge port to match the bottle mouth and the size

of the granule.

• Adjust the height of the lifting plate and lock the positioner.

• Turn on the power, set the number, and start the turntable and vibrator slowly.

• Then check whether the slide is smooth, and the screen display is correct. If it is

normal, you can start the operation.

1. During 0peration

• If the tablet loses a lot of powder during work, it can be connected to the vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust.

• The following tables are reference values:

• During operation, the vibration discharge should match the speed of the turntable, and the disk surface should not be accumulated to avoid the track blockage. Pay special attention to the capsules. If there are too many blanks, it will easily overlap or block in the orbiter, which will result in inaccurate counting.

3．Cleaning and Maintenance

(1) Installing Places

• The working table should be smooth and avoid vibration. When the machine is placed on the working table, it should be properly rotated and emptied. The table foot should be adjusted to make it smooth. If the machine is to be moved in the future, it must be readjusted.

• Indoor temperature can be normal, to avoid excessive humidity. if it is not placed in the dust-free room, you can usually cover it with a cover.

• Power sockets need to load 220V, 5A or more, with grounding sockets.

（2）Cleaning

The appearance of the machine and the parts in contact with the drug must be wiped and cleaned each time the different granules are changed or replaced.

（3） Maintenance

• When the machine is not in use, turn off the switch (turntable and vibrator). If the machine is not used for a long time, unplug the power cord.

• After the machine is cleaned, reinstall it. And the following tests must be done before use:

①　When vibrating, check whether the vibrator has a strange sound. The outlet of the

hopper should have some slight clearance with the vibrating groove, otherwise the

hopper will produce a resonance sound.

②　When idling, check whether the turntable will squeak with the glass, otherwise the

glass turntable will scratch.

③　Check the lever back and forth by hand, it should be smooth and unobstructed.
