Product profle
The stainles stel plate and frame filter is suitable forfiltering liquids with a concentration oflessthan 50%,low viscosity,ａnd solid content for closedfltrationto achieve purification, cleaning clarification,ａnd other finefilration reguirements, aswellas semi-fin filtration requirements suchas activatedcarbon removal and removal.Direct use ofmicrofiltration membranescan achieve higher requirements.
The machine has alargefltering area,Largeflow anda widerange ofaplications,so itiswidely usedin he pharmaceutical, chemical, fod and industries.Except for the motorallother parts ofthe machine are made ofhigh-qualitystainles stel. The machine uses presure sealing filtration, which haslesslossoffilirandgoodfiltration quality;an highefficiencey.Thefiltering partis composedof multipleflter plates, witha larg filtering area and large flow, andcan be replaced withdiferen fiteringables according to thediferen production processes of he solution to befitered (primaryfltration, deactivationofactivated carbon, removal of microparticles,semi-finefltration,fine filtration,ａnd the number of filter plate layers can be increased or decreasedappropriately according to the size of the user's production flow,so as to meet the needs of production.
The fiter plates of this machine adoptaflat threaded mesh shape, which isin structure, not easy to deform, casyto clean,ａnd can effectively support thefltration consumables neded while timely discharging the lguid. This extends the servicelifevariousfiltration consumables and reduces productioncosts.

(Note:this type ofplate and frame filter is a round plate and frame,ａnd there are also square plate and frame filters.)
