不銹鋼層疊過濾器是一種新型立式板框過濾器，本機分常溫型與保溫型兩種，其中保溫型適用于粘性液體及溫度低易結(jié)晶液體過濾使用，保溫型加熱方式有：蒸汽加熱、熱水循環(huán)保溫加熱以及導(dǎo)熱油電加熱這三種。
本機可以完成脫色、脫碳、粗濾等初級過濾，精濾、半精濾等深層過濾。同時擁有：流量大、速度快、存活性炭多、過濾面積大、占地面積小、效率高、過濾精度高、操作方便、帶回流裝置(適合過濾活性炭時運用)等優(yōu)點，同時可以通過提升網(wǎng)板框的高度來提升存儲活性炭容量的大小。
本機可承受0.5Mpa壓力，選用機械法蘭凹線壓緊，靠過濾耗材密封，杜絕滲漏現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。需要過濾時通過泵體輸送物料通過管道，從中分二至三個進口進入桶體內(nèi)部，再經(jīng)過每層框板上的孔洞進入，通過過濾耗材，完成過濾的同時截留雜質(zhì)，進入網(wǎng)板框，再通過網(wǎng)板框中心法蘭上的多個孔洞流出合格的液體，途經(jīng)輸出管道流出完成過濾。
The stainles stel layered filter is a new type ofvertical plate and frame filter.This machine is divided into two types:normal temperature type and insulation.Among them,the insulation type is suitable for filtering viscous liquids and low-temperatue liquids that are prone to cystalization.Theheating methods of the insulation type:steam heating,hot water circulation insulation heating,ａnd heat transfer oilelectricheating.
The machine can complete primaryfitration uch as decolorization,decarbonization,ａnd coarsefitration,aswell as depfiltration such as finefilrationsem-fin filtration.It also hasthe advantages oflarge flow rate,fast speed,a large amount ofactivated caron,large filtration area,small foprint,high,high filtration accuracy,convenient operation,ａnd a backflowdevice (suitable fo use whenfitering activated caron).At the same time,the capacity ofthe activated storage can be increased by increasing the height of the net plate frame.
The machine can withstａnd a presure of0.5Mpa,ａnd the mechanical flange concaveline is used for pressing,relying on sealing of thefiter consumablesto eliminate the occurence of leakage.When fitring,the material is transported through the pump body and pipeline,andeners the barel from twothre inlets,ａnd thenentersthrough the holeson eachlayerof frame plate,ａnd then pasesthrough the fiter onsumables,completing thefitration whileinterceptingimp,entering the net plate frame,ａnd then flowing outof the qualifiedliqud through the multiple holes on the center fange ofthe net plateframe,ａnd then flowing through the output pipeline to complete thefitration.
