六合一壓濾機是一種集過濾、洗滌、打漿、干燥、粉碎、自動出料等功能為一體的多功能固液分離處理設(shè)備。它是我公司在三合一過濾機基礎(chǔ)上，綜合考慮客戶需求設(shè)計出來的一款新型高效、安全、環(huán)保產(chǎn)品，適用于處理多種不同特性和工況的物料。

設(shè)備構(gòu)成及工作原理Equipment composition and working principle

本設(shè)備材質(zhì)可采用不銹鋼304、316L、2205、904L、哈氏合金等，主軸、過濾板液壓活塞和出料活塞均采用特殊的氣密封形式，能耐更高的壓力。其筒體內(nèi)含有上下兩塊過濾面，上下過濾介質(zhì)均采用燒結(jié)網(wǎng)，內(nèi)部設(shè)置有槳葉，可升降和正反轉(zhuǎn)，對物料進行打漿、刮料、粉碎和出料的操作。設(shè)備配有一臺液壓站，用于驅(qū)動槳葉的升降和正反轉(zhuǎn)，還可用于設(shè)備筒體的升降、法蘭旋轉(zhuǎn)鎖緊、出料口的液壓鎖緊以及液壓壓濾。本機采用液壓過濾，在過濾過程中，主要通過液壓加壓的方式，頂部液壓缸壓力可達2MPa,濾液通過上下燒結(jié)網(wǎng)進行過濾，可通過調(diào)節(jié)液壓缸壓力控制最終壓濾后的固體料水分，可控制到5%。過濾完成后可加入洗滌液，通過槳葉攪拌充分打漿洗滌，再重復(fù)上述過濾過程。設(shè)備筒體和槳葉均可加熱，設(shè)備可抽真空，并且可達到極限真空，物料在真空狀態(tài)下干燥效率更高。固體出料口采用活塞形式，液壓油缸鎖緊。設(shè)備上封頭采用液壓鎖緊和升降，以便于設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)。

The material of hisequipment can be stainlesstel304,316L,205.904L,Hastelly.etc,ａnd the main shaf,fite plate hydraulic pistonａnd discharge piston all adoptspocial gas-ight fom,which can withstａnd higher pressure.Is cylinder contains two filter surfacs,both upper and lowerfltration media adopt sintered mesh,andthere isa padl inside,which can be lifed and reversed,ａnd can peform opcrations such as pulping,scraping crushing and discharging materials.The quipment isequippedwithahycraule station,whichisusedto drive th lifing and reversingofthepadle,ａnd can alsobe used forh lifingofthe eguipment ylinder,therotationａnd locking of the flange,the hydraulic locking of the discharge port and hydrauli pressurefltration.This machine adopts bydraulie fitration,during the filrationproces,it mainly pressurizes by bydraulie presure,the pressure of the top hydralicylinder can reach up to 2MPa,ａnd thefltrateis fitered hrough the uper andlower sintered meshes,ａnd the moisture content ofthesolid material afer resurefltration can be contoled byadjustingthe presureofthe hydrauli cylinder,whichcan be controlld o the lowest 59%.Afer the fitration is completed,wathing solution can be aded,ａnd the materials can be fully pulped and washed through thestiringof hepadkle,ａnd then the abov filtration proces can be repeated.The equpment eylinder and paddle can be heated,the equipment can be evacuated,ａnd itcan reach te limit vacum,ａnd the material is ried more eficienly under vacum.The solid discharge port adopts a piston form,ａnd the hydrauli oil cylinder islocked.The upperheadof the quipment adopts hydranlic lockingａnd lifting.which is convenient for the mantenanceoftheequipment.
