本機(jī)為筒錐式結(jié)構(gòu)，主要由減速機(jī)、機(jī)架、機(jī)械密封、封頭、筒體、燒結(jié)網(wǎng)、底盤升降油缸、螺旋型攪拌槳、錐體、固體出料裝置等幾部分構(gòu)成。其錐體或筒體內(nèi)設(shè)置有多層孔板及過(guò)濾介質(zhì)疊合而成的過(guò)濾裝置，內(nèi)部設(shè)置有攪拌軸和變角度變導(dǎo)程螺旋攪拌裝置，在過(guò)濾時(shí)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行攪拌、提升和刮料操作，在卸料時(shí)自動(dòng)推出濾餅。本機(jī)可進(jìn)行真空過(guò)濾或加壓過(guò)濾。在過(guò)濾過(guò)程中，機(jī)內(nèi)刮刀不斷把濾網(wǎng)上的濾餅刮下，使物料在薄層濾餅條件下進(jìn)行過(guò)濾，過(guò)濾速率很高。物料如需洗滌，可先將料漿在機(jī)內(nèi)濾干，然后加入洗滌液，利用機(jī)內(nèi)刮刀、攪拌器及擠壓螺旋等的旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌，使濾餅再漿，這時(shí)再通過(guò)加壓或抽真空的方法把再漿料過(guò)濾成濾餅。這樣反復(fù)多次再漿過(guò)濾，可把物料進(jìn)行洗滌，最終再把濾餅全部擠出機(jī)外。

工作流程FlowofWork
1、進(jìn)料與過(guò)濾：需要分離的混合物通過(guò)進(jìn)料口送入筒錐體內(nèi)，混合物在壓力差的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，按照由下至上的方向逐漸上升。固體顆粒被過(guò)濾墊阻擋并留在上層，液體則通過(guò)過(guò)濾墊進(jìn)行過(guò)濾，懸浮液中的細(xì)小顆粒、雜質(zhì)等被過(guò)濾墊捕捉，液體滲透到內(nèi)層的過(guò)濾板，最終通過(guò)小孔進(jìn)入空腔，由液壓系統(tǒng)送到出液口進(jìn)行后續(xù)處理。
2、洗滌：過(guò)濾完成后，可加入洗滌液對(duì)物料進(jìn)行洗滌。洗滌液通過(guò)泵或其他方法連續(xù)壓入，利用洗滌液的壓力進(jìn)行過(guò)濾，同時(shí)攪拌裝置不斷攪拌，濾液從濾液出口連續(xù)排出，直至達(dá)到洗滌要求。
3、干燥：在干燥階段，筒體夾套、錐體夾套、空心軸、空心螺帶同時(shí)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行加熱，并在頂部抽真空，對(duì)物料進(jìn)行真空密閉低溫干燥，干燥后自動(dòng)密閉出料。
