設(shè)計(jì)原理Design Principles
1、整個(gè)筒體按照壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)與制作。
2、其整個(gè)工作過(guò)程可以在一個(gè)密閉的環(huán)境內(nèi)進(jìn)行。
3、在過(guò)濾階段主要是靠罐體底部抽真空，為了提高過(guò)濾效率在罐體內(nèi)可以施加正壓，一般不超過(guò)0.1MPa。
4、在濾餅抽干后，由于濾餅密度較高，為了使其疏松，靠S型槳葉的反切和升降可以把濾餅刮松。
5、在洗滌過(guò)程中，由S型槳葉的正轉(zhuǎn)和升降將起了攪拌作用，使洗滌液與物料充分洗滌。
6、底盤與筒體設(shè)計(jì)可拆卸式，在底盤上鋪上支承網(wǎng)和沖孔板一則便于液體流動(dòng)，二則便于安裝濾布。
7、過(guò)濾介質(zhì)可以用濾布、無(wú)紡布、也可以用燒結(jié)網(wǎng)。
8、卸料是通過(guò)S型槳葉反推動(dòng)使物料從側(cè)出料口自動(dòng)卸出。
9、攪拌的正反轉(zhuǎn)是通過(guò)電機(jī)減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)主軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)液壓閥完成升降的速度，減速機(jī)可選國(guó)產(chǎn)和進(jìn)口的。

3.In the filtration stage,it mainly relies on the vacuum at the bottom of the tank,ａnd in order to improve the filtrationcefficiency,positive pressure can be applied in the tank,which is generally not more than0.1MPa.

4.Ater the cake is drained,due to the high density of the cake,in order toloosen it,the cake can be scraped loose by thereverse cutting and lifing of the S-shaped blade.

5.Inthe washing process,the positive rotation and liting of the S-shaped blade will play a stirring role,so that the washingliquid and materials are fully washed.

6.The chassis and cylinder are designed to be removable,ａnd the supporting net and punching plate are laid on the chassisto facilitate liquid flow,ａnd the filter cloth is easy to install.

7.The filter medium can be filter cloth,non-woven fabric,or sintered mesh.

8.The material is automatically discharged from the side discharge port by the S-shaped blade pushing back.

9.The forward and reverse rotation of stirring is to drive the spindle to rotate and adjust the speed of the hydraulic valve tocomplete the lifing through the motor reducer,ａnd the reducer can be selected from domestic and imported.
