不銹鋼板框過濾器適用于過濾濃度50%以下，粘度較低、含渣量較少的液體作密閉過濾以達(dá)到提純，清潔、澄清等精濾，脫活性炭、除微粒等半精濾的要求，直接選用微孔濾膜過濾可達(dá)更高要求。
本機(jī)過濾面積大，流量大，適用范圍大，所以在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)有著廣泛的用途。本機(jī)除配用電機(jī)外，其他機(jī)件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制成。本機(jī)應(yīng)用加壓密封過濾，濾液損耗少，過濾質(zhì)量好，效率高。過濾部分由多層濾板組成，過濾面積大，流量大，且可根據(jù)被濾溶液的不同生產(chǎn)工藝(初濾、脫活性炭、除微粒、半精濾、精濾)的要求，更換不同過濾耗材，及根據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)流量的大小適當(dāng)增加或減少濾板層數(shù)，使之符合生產(chǎn)所需。
本機(jī)濾板采用平面螺紋網(wǎng)狀形，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，不易變形，易于清洗，能有效的支撐過濾所需耗材的同時及時導(dǎo)出液體。從而延長各種過濾耗材的適用壽命，降低生產(chǎn)成本。
