電纜和光纜絕緣和護套材料拉力試驗中的術(shù)語:
拉力 (maximum tensile force):試驗期間負荷達到的值
拉伸應(yīng)力(tensile stress):試件未拉伸時的單位面積上的拉力
抗張強度(tensile strength):拉伸試件至斷裂時記錄的抗拉應(yīng)力
斷裂伸長率(elongation at break):試件拉伸至斷裂時,標記距離的增量與未拉伸試樣的標記距離的百分比
中間值(median value):將獲得的應(yīng)有個數(shù)的試驗數(shù)據(jù)以遞增或遞減次序排列,當有效個數(shù)為奇數(shù)時,則中間值為正中間一個數(shù)值;若為偶數(shù)時,則中間值為中間兩個數(shù)值的平均值

4.試驗軟件特點
4.1.自動停機：試樣斷裂后，移動橫梁自動停止；
4.2.條件存盤：試驗控制數(shù)據(jù)和試樣條件可制成模塊，方便了批量試驗的進行；
4.3.自動變速：試驗過程中移動橫梁的速度可按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序自動變化，也可手動變化；
4.4.自動標定：系統(tǒng)可自動實現(xiàn)示值準確度的標定；
4.5.自動保存：試驗結(jié)束，試驗數(shù)據(jù)和曲線自動保存；
4.6.過程實現(xiàn)：試驗過程、測量、顯示和分析等均由微機完成；
4.7.批量試驗：對相同參數(shù)的試樣，一次設(shè)定后可順次完成
4.8.試驗軟件：中文WINDOWS界面，菜單提示，鼠標操作；
4.9.顯示方式：數(shù)據(jù)和曲線隨試驗過程動態(tài)顯示；
4.10.曲線遍歷：試驗完成后，可對曲線進行再分析，用鼠標可找到曲線上任一點所對應(yīng)的試驗數(shù)據(jù)；
4.11.曲線選擇：可根據(jù)需要選擇應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變、力-位移、力-時間、位移-時間等曲線進行顯示和打??；
12.試驗報告：可按用戶要求的格式編制報告并打??；
13.限位保護：具有程控和機械兩級限位保護；
14.過載保護：當負荷超過各檔值的3-5%時，自動停機；
15.自動和人工兩種模式求取試驗結(jié)果，自動形成報表，使數(shù)據(jù)分析過程簡便。
