◆ 設(shè)備簡介     

本機(jī)可將鹽水及輔料配制的腌漬劑均勻的注射到肉塊中，縮短了腌漬時(shí)間，大大提高了肉制品的柔軟味鮮又能增加出口率口味。本機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn) ，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作簡便。

The machine can inject the saltwater and auxiliary materials to prepare the pickling agent evenly into the meat, shorten the pickling time, greatly improve the soft taste of meat products and increase the export rate of taste. ◆ 設(shè)備特點(diǎn)     

一、采用雙氣缸為動(dòng)力器，壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，上下運(yùn)動(dòng)、輸送帶前移運(yùn)動(dòng)均采用氣動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，當(dāng)針架向上升到頂點(diǎn)時(shí)，觸動(dòng)接近開關(guān)，滑閥換位輸送帶氣缸起動(dòng)，推動(dòng)輸送帶前移，當(dāng)輸送機(jī)構(gòu)氣缸活塞桿伸足時(shí)，觸動(dòng)針架磁閥換向開關(guān)，電磁閥通電換向，使針架氣缸向下推動(dòng)。針頭插入肉塊進(jìn)行注射，此時(shí)注射泵正常工作，針和輸送帶都處于延時(shí)狀態(tài)。

二、通過時(shí)間繼電器，設(shè)定注釋時(shí)間（延時(shí)時(shí)間的設(shè)定可按產(chǎn)品不同類型、不同需求、不同要求、注射量而定），一般延時(shí)在5—6秒時(shí)注射率可達(dá)25—36%，延時(shí)時(shí)間設(shè)定可在3—15秒之間可調(diào)，延時(shí)時(shí)間到電磁閥復(fù)位，針架氣缸向上回升針頭離開肉塊。

三、輸送帶向前推移，注射后的肉塊經(jīng)輸送帶送入前方容器內(nèi)。如此往復(fù)，循環(huán)工作。

四、本機(jī)供液系統(tǒng)采用中壓大流量供液泵。為方便清洗本機(jī)采用主機(jī)和水箱分離結(jié)構(gòu)。

五、本機(jī)設(shè)有自動(dòng)保護(hù)針頭裝置，注射針碰到硬物時(shí)，注射針會(huì)隨之抬起，免受損壞。

　　可根據(jù)針頭的設(shè)計(jì)，注射不同的產(chǎn)品，單針單管可進(jìn)行帶骨注射。

3. The conveyor belt moves forward, and the meat after injection is sent into the container in front by the conveyor belt. And so on and so forth.

4. The liquid supply system of the machine adopts medium pressure and large flow liquid supply pump. In order to facilitate cleaning, the machine adopts separate structure of main engine and water tank.

5. The machine is equipped with automatic protection needle device, when the injection needle touches hard object, the injection needle will be lifted accordingly to avoid damage.

According to the design of the needle, injection of different products, single needle single tube can be bone injection.
