APPLICATION

The machine is a process machine widely applied for solid preparation production in the pharmaceutical industry. It has such functions as mixing, granulating, etc. It is widely used in such industries as medicine, chemical industry, food, etc.

原理

物料通過加料機或真空上料系統(tǒng)加入攪拌容器中，經(jīng)攪拌槳作多維切割呈流動狀態(tài)得到充分混合。然后經(jīng)噴槍系統(tǒng)或手工注入粘合劑，在攪拌槳和切刀的作用下制成均勻顆粒。顆粒通過出料口出料并轉到下一工序。

PRINCIPLE

The materials are charged into the mixing vessel by the charging machine or vacuum charging system, and flow under a multi dimensional shearing status after mixing so that sufficient mixing is realized. The adhesive sprayed by the spray gun or injected manually will make the materials into even granules under the action of the mixing paddle and cutter. The granules will be discharged from the discharging port and transferred to the next procedure.
