APPLICATION

原理

空氣經(jīng)凈化加熱后，由引風(fēng)機(jī)從沸騰制粒干燥機(jī)下部吸入，穿過物料料倉的分布板，使物料粉末粒子或濕顆粒在原料容器中呈沸騰流化狀態(tài)，受到經(jīng)過凈化后的加熱空氣預(yù)熱和混合，制粒時(shí)將粘合劑溶液霧化噴入，使若干粒子聚集成含有粘合劑的團(tuán)粒，由于熱空氣對物料的不斷干燥，使團(tuán)粒中水份蒸發(fā)，粘合劑凝固，此過程不斷重復(fù)進(jìn)行，形成理想的、均勻的多微孔球狀顆粒。

沸騰制粒方法是噴霧技術(shù)和流化技術(shù)的綜合運(yùn)用，它使傳統(tǒng)的混合、制粒、干燥過程在同一設(shè)備內(nèi)一次完成，實(shí)現(xiàn)一步制粒。

PRINCIPLE

After purified and heated, the air from the induced draft fan is sucked in at the bottom of the fluid-bed granulating dryer, and then passes through the air flow distribution board of the material silo, so as to make the powder materials or wet granules under the boiling and fluidizing status in the raw material vessel. After the granules are preheated by the purified and heated air and mixed, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed during granulating to make several particles agglomerate into granules containing the adhesive. Because the materials are continuously dried by hot air, the moisture in the granules is evaporated, and the adhesive is solidified. This process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even micro-porous ball granules

The fluid-bed granulating method is a comprehensive applicatio atomizing technology and fluidizing technology. It completes the traditional mixing, granulating and drying process in a machine in one step to realize one-step granulating
