用途

該機(jī)主要用于制藥工業(yè)固體物料的轉(zhuǎn)送、加料。可與沸騰干燥機(jī)、沸騰制粒機(jī)配套使用，可直接將沸騰制粒機(jī)料車內(nèi)的物料制成所需要的顆粒進(jìn)入總混料桶，有效地杜絕了粉塵飛揚(yáng)和交叉污染，減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了工作效率，同時(shí)該機(jī)在化工、食品等行業(yè)廣泛使用。

APPLICATION

The machine is mainly used for transferring and charging solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry. It can work with the boiling dryer, boiling granulator, etc. It can directly make materials inside the material cart of the boiling granulator into the required granules and put them into the mixing barrel. The machine effectively prevents dust and cross contamination, reduces labor intensity and enhances work efficiency. It is also widely used in such industries as chemical industry, food, etc

原理

該機(jī)主要由真空輸送系統(tǒng)、緩沖料倉、整粒系統(tǒng)、提升系統(tǒng)等部分組成，工作時(shí)，真空輸送器啟動(dòng)，流化床料倉內(nèi)的物料被吸送至緩沖倉內(nèi)，緩沖倉內(nèi)物料加滿后，打開出料蝶閥，物料進(jìn)入整粒腔內(nèi)進(jìn)行整粒，整粒合格后的物料流出到料斗。

PRINCIPLE

The machine is mainly composed of vacuum conveying system buffering silo, granule sizing system and lifting system. When it works, the vacuum conveyor starts and the materials inside the fluidized bed silo are sucked to the buffering silo. After the buffering silo is filled with materials, start the discharging butter valve, and the materials will enter the granule sizing chamber for granule sizing. The conforming materials obtained after granule sizing will flow to the hopper
