登革熱是經(jīng)伊蚊叮咬傳播的一種急性傳染病，在嚴重情況下，登革熱可以致命。

每年的3月至11月，是廣東省登革熱流行季，所處地區(qū)的媒介伊蚊密度越高，發(fā)生登革熱流行的風險越高。

登革熱媒介伊蚊監(jiān)測風險提示指標包括幼蟲密度(布雷圖指數(shù)法BI)和成蚊密度(誘蚊誘卵器法MOI)。當BI>20或MOI>20時，意味著媒介伊蚊密度較高。當一個地區(qū)出現(xiàn)多個監(jiān)測點BI>20或MOI>20時，意味著該地區(qū)登革熱流行風險較高。

The risk indicators for monitoring dengue fever vector Aedes mosquitoes include larval density (Bretto index method BI) and adult mosquito density (mosquito trap method MOI). When BI>20 or MOI>20, it means that the density of vector Aedes mosquitoes is higher. When multiple monitoring points with BI>20 or MOI>20 appear in a region, it means that the risk of dengue fever epidemic in that region is higher.

今年9月下半月，廣東共監(jiān)測到37個媒介伊蚊高密度監(jiān)測點，幼蟲密度BI和成蚊密度MOI分別為14個和23個，其中廣州市最多，有13個，其次是珠海7個，云浮市3個，深圳、肇慶、汕頭、潮州和揭陽市各2個。

In the second half of September this year, a total of 37 high-density monitoring points for Aedes mosquitoes were monitored in Guangdong, with 14 larval density BI and 23 adult mosquito density MOI, respectively. Among them, Guangzhou has the highest density of 13, followed by 7 in Zhuhai, 3 in Yunfu, and 2 in Shenzhen, Zhaoqing, Shantou, Chaozhou, and Jieyang.

廣東疾控提醒，目前并無登革熱特異治療方法，預防蚊蟲叮咬是避免登革熱的理想方式。預防登革熱從控制伊蚊著手，無積水就無幼蟲，無幼蟲就無成蟲，無成蟲就無登革熱傳播。因此，倡導以上地區(qū)的市民要積極行動，翻盆倒罐清積水，減少伊蚊幼蟲的孳生。

Guangdong CDC reminds that there is currently no specific treatment for dengue fever, and preventing mosquito bites is the best way to avoid dengue fever. Prevention of dengue fever starts with controlling Aedes mosquitoes. Without accumulated water, there will be no larvae, no larvae, and no adult transmission of dengue fever. 實驗原理

登革熱NS1快速檢測是基于人血清中NS1抗原檢測的免疫試驗。試驗區(qū)纖維膜上包被有NS1特異性抗體，還設置了獨立的質(zhì)控區(qū)，以確保試驗的有效性。試驗中，將樣本直接加至樣本加樣區(qū)，然后將其放置在含有3滴緩沖液的貯存孔內(nèi)，樣本與緩沖液混合，然后與膠體金結(jié)合的NS1特異性單抗反應，液體在纖維膜上移動（毛細血管作用），與纖維膜上包被的抗NS1抗體反應，如果樣本中存在抗原，試驗區(qū)就會出現(xiàn)紅色條帶，如果試驗操作正確，質(zhì)控區(qū)也會出現(xiàn)紅色條帶，則表示試驗有效，整個試驗過程大約30min

The rapid detection of dengue fever NS1 is an immune test based on the detection of NS1 antigen in human serum. The fiber membrane in the experimental area is coated with NS1 specific antibodies, and an independent quality control area is also set up to ensure the effectiveness of the experiment. In the experiment, the sample is directly added to the sample adding area, and then placed in a storage well containing 3 drops of buffer solution. The sample is mixed with the buffer solution, and then reacts with NS1 specific monoclonal antibodies bound to colloidal gold. The liquid moves on the fiber membrane (capillary action), and reacts with anti NS1 antibodies coated on the fiber membrane. If antigen is present in the sample, a red band will appear in the test area. If the test operation is correct, Red stripes will also appear in the quality control area, indicating that the test is effective, and the entire test process will take about 30 minutes

2. 緩沖液，1瓶，5ml，室溫貯存

樣本采集與準備

1. 此試驗只能使用人血清，由于試劑未得到優(yōu)化，所以不能直接用于全血或血漿的檢測

2. 從紅細胞凝塊中提取出血清，不能使用溶血

3. 樣品采集后應盡快進行實驗，不要將血清長時間放置在室溫下

4. 采取靜脈穿刺采血，樣品在2-8℃下可保存7天，-20℃或更低溫度可保存30天，想要保存更長時間，應貯存在-70℃，避免反復凍融

5. 使用前應將凍存的樣品在室溫下溶解

6. 如果血清是需運輸?shù)?，則需根據(jù)美國聯(lián)邦感染試劑運輸法規(guī)進行包裝運輸

實驗步驟

實驗開始前，將快速檢測條和試驗樣本平衡至室溫，確保無物理損壞（如纖維膜刮傷，襯墊撕裂等），以為操作流程：

1. 加2滴緩沖液至S孔中

2. 加1滴樣品至S孔中

3. 10-20分鐘內(nèi)后立即讀取結(jié)果，超過了30分鐘則會導致錯誤的結(jié)果。

結(jié)果說明

陽性結(jié)果：當質(zhì)控線（C）和樣本線（T）都出現(xiàn)了紅色條帶時則判斷為陽性，條帶模糊也判定為陽性;

陰性結(jié)果：只有質(zhì)控線（C）出現(xiàn)了紅色條帶，試驗區(qū)并沒有時則認定實驗結(jié)果為陰性;

試驗無效：質(zhì)控線（C）無紅色條帶出現(xiàn)則試驗無效，如果質(zhì)控線（C）沒有但樣本線（T）出現(xiàn)紅色條帶則試驗也為無效，檢驗重新采樣檢測。
