Principles

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: rotating drum, swing frame and frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels. Of the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are dragged by a rotating power system to rotate the drum; The swing frame is driven by a group of crank swing rod mechanisms, the crank swing rod mechanisms are installed on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing assemblies.

特點Features

The rotating drum of EYH 2-D mixer can perform two . movements at the same time, one is the rotation of the rotating drum, and the other is the swing of the rotating drum with the swing frame. The mixed materials rotate, turn over and mix with the rotating drum in the rotating drum, and at the same time, the mixed materials move back and forth left and right along with the swinging of the rotating drum. Under the combined action of the two movements， the materials are fully mixed in a short time.EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
