由擺線針輪減速機(jī)連接中心螺桿及外層螺帶以相同轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。工作時(shí)，中心螺桿將混合物料由底部提升到頂部，同時(shí)線速度較大的外部螺帶將物料由下而上沿錐形筒壁盤提升，二種運(yùn)動(dòng)在離心力作用下又將物料沿切線方向拋向空間，物料產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的對(duì)流剪切、擴(kuò)散，從而達(dá)到快速混合的目的。(螺桿也可做成反向螺桿)。

The cycloid pin wheel reducer connects the central screw and the outer screw belt to rotate at the same rotational speed. When working, the central screw lifts the mixed material from the bottom to the top, while the external screw belt with higher linear velocity lifts the material from bottom to top along the conical cylinder wall plate. The two movements throw the material into the space along the tangent direction under the action of centrifugal force, resulting in strong convective shearing and diffusion of the material, thus achieving the purpose of rapid mixing. (The screw can also be made into a reverse screw).
