旋轉制粒機

一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

本機通過兩臺電機及對應傳動系統(tǒng)帶動碾料器和壓料葉做同軸相向旋轉運動，利用壓料葉特殊的結構把物料向下壓，特殊的拋物弧線結構的擠料器把物料向制粒筒進行外擠，從而形成均勻顆粒。

本機適用于制藥、食品、化工、農藥、化肥、輕工等行業(yè)，將潮濕的粉末制成不同粒度的圓柱狀顆粒以適應不同工藝需求。

The grinding device and squeezing blade are rotated on the same axle at the opposite directions under the driving of two motors and corresponding drive system, in which the special structure of squeezing blade will squeeze the materials, and the special parabolic curve structure of extruderwill extrude the materials to the granulating cylinder, thus to form the even granule.

The equipment is applicable to pharmacy, food, chemical, pesticide, fertilizer and light industry. The wet powders are manufactured into cylindrical granules with different particle size, so as to meet different process requirements.

二、特點  Characteristics

1.        本機操作簡單，維修方便，清洗容易；與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼材料制成，確保物料不變質、不變色。

2.        壓料器與擠料器均可實現(xiàn)無極變速，而且還可根據(jù)需要選擇篩筒孔徑，造出不同的粒徑的產品以滿足用戶需求。

3.        特殊的、精準的擠料弧線研制，確保造粒通順且無死料、無過熱料產生。

4.        傳動機結構是采用無齒傳動系與無油箱結構，防止污染產品，保障清潔生產。

5.        單臺產量比一般機型大許多，高效且使用非常方便。

1. The equipment is featured by simple operation, convenient maintenance, and easy to clean; the part contacting with materials is made from stainless steel to ensure no deterioration and discoloration of materials.

2.The squeezer and extruder can realize continuously variable speed, and the pore diameter of screen drum may be selected as required to manufacture products with different grain size, thus to meet customer’s requirements.

3.The special and accurate squeezing arc ensures the smooth pelleting withoutdead mass and overheat material produced.

4.The non-gear drive system and non-fuel tank structure are adopted by the drive motor to prevent product pollution and ensure the clean production.

5.The equipment is large in production capacity, high in efficiency and convenient for application.
