一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹   Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

本設(shè)備的目的是通過(guò)設(shè)置旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤(pán)、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、噴槍，將濕顆粒制成美麗的球丸。將前道工序做成的濕顆粒投入旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤(pán)內(nèi)，啟動(dòng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)后再將旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤(pán)啟動(dòng)，使?jié)耦w粒受到環(huán)隙空氣浮力、旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力、自身重力作用，呈環(huán)周繩股狀運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而形成真球度*的球丸。主要用于制藥、食品等行業(yè)進(jìn)行濕粒、軟粒的球形化處理。

The equipment is mainly used for manufacture the wet granule into beautiful pellets through centrifugal pan, air blower and spray gun. The wet granules produced in the former processes will be put in the centrifugal pan, which will be started after the air blower is started. The wet granules will be moved in the ring strａnd shape under the actions of annular air buoyancy, rotating centrifugal force and gravity, thus to form the pellets with extremely high true sphericity. It is mainly applicable to spheroidization treatment of wet and soft granules in the pharmacy and food industries.

2.設(shè)備內(nèi)表*，密閉狀態(tài)下工作，符合GMP要求。

3.制丸時(shí)間短，高效節(jié)能。

4.丸劑、微丸等圓整度好，表面光滑，球粒內(nèi)組分分布均勻。

5.較傳統(tǒng)工藝時(shí)間縮短，成丸率高。

1. The vertical cylinder structure is adopted by the equipment to meet the requirements of shot blasting process.

2. The equipment is free of dead angle and operates in the closed state, complying with GMP requirements.

3. It is short in pelleting, efficient and energy-saving.

4. The pill and pellets have high rounding degree and smooth surface; and components in the particle are distributed uniformly.

5. Compared with the traditional process, it requires shorter time while has high yield rate.
