◆ 濕物料從干燥機(jī)一端投入后，在內(nèi)筒均布的抄板器翻動(dòng)下，物料在干燥 器內(nèi)均勻分布與分散，并與并流(逆流)的熱空氣充分接觸，加快了干燥傳 熱、傳質(zhì)推動(dòng)力。在干燥過(guò)程中，物料在帶有傾斜度的抄板和熱氣流的作 用下，可調(diào)控地運(yùn)動(dòng)至干燥機(jī)另一段星形卸料閥排出成品。

◆ Wet material is loaded from one head of the drier, and then it is stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the barrel.Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the drier,fully contact the hot air in paraller (or counter)flow,so the drying process is expedited

,and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced,During the drying process ,material is under the effect of angled baffler and hot air and moves to the rotary valve that is at the other head of the drier.
