This kit is only for saliva testing, the proposed use of fresh saliva, without any special treatment. Samples stored at 2-8 ℃ can be stored for 2 days, frozen at -20 ℃ can be extended to save 1-2 months time. The frozen samples should be equilibrated to room temperature before testing, and the frozen samples should be compley dissolved and thoroughly mixed before they can be tested. Otherwise, the test results may be affected.

Detection step
Carefully read the instructions, the test before the kit, the patient samples and standards back to room temperature (25 ℃ or so), do not prepare before you do not open the bag. Frozen storage kit bags should be put to room temperature before tearing, in order to avoid paper moisture absorption.
Remove the kit from the sealed bag and mark the patient or standard number on the kit.
Take a sample with a pipette to a graduated line (approx. 0.2 ml) and drop all into the sample wells. Use different pipettes and kits for each different sample and standard.
The results are valid for 3-8 minutes after the addition of the sample. The result is invalid after 8 minutes.

The result of the judgment

Positive: only a ribbon appears in the QC area, and the T line does not appear to indicate that there is contraband in the sample

Note: A very light ribbon appears in the detection area indicating that the concentration of methylene dioxyid contraband and its metabolites in saliva is close to the detection threshold of the kit and should be re-tested or determined in a more precise manner
