概述   Description

        HZG回轉(zhuǎn)滾筒干燥機(jī)是主體略帶傾斜并能在一定范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)速的圓筒體，濕物料由加料機(jī)送入圓筒內(nèi)，在內(nèi)筒均布的抄板器翻動(dòng)下，物料在干燥器內(nèi)均勻頒與分散并與通過(guò)筒內(nèi)的熱風(fēng)(并流或逆流)充分接觸，加快了干燥傳熱、傳質(zhì)。從而達(dá)到干燥的目的，該設(shè)備可選用各種形式抄板來(lái)適應(yīng)不同的物料，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠，維修方便，生產(chǎn)能力大。

After the damp raw material is put into the drier from on end, it is turned over through string-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the fried and contacted with counter curent hot air fully. It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry．During the purpose of dry, raw material is effected by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air, it can be moved and passed through the dry region and then discharge the finished product.

應(yīng)用   Application

       適用于
       1.化工、礦山、冶金等行業(yè)大顆粒，比重大物料干燥，如：礦山、高爐礦渣、煤、金屬粉末、磷肥、硫銨。
       2.對(duì)有特殊要求的粉狀、顆粒狀物料的干燥，如：Hp發(fā)泡劑、酒糟渣、輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣、活性白土、磁粉、石墨、藥渣。
       3.要求低溫干燥，且需大批量連續(xù)干燥的物料。

Applicable for drying big particles, heavy particles in chemical, mining, and metallurgy, such as mining area, cinder of blast furnace, coal, powder of metal, phosphate fertilizer and thiamine. For drying the powder or particles with special requirements, such as HP foaming blowing agent, residule of alcohol, light calcium carbonate, active clay, magnetic powder, graphite, and residue of medicine. For materials to be dried under low temperature and large lot continuous production.
