原理   Principle

        本機(jī)是我公司根據(jù)染料等物料壓率后高水分狀固有的特性，設(shè)計(jì)出的新型改進(jìn)型網(wǎng)帶式干燥機(jī)，一般熱源等放置于右側(cè)，工作時(shí)，物料*入成形預(yù)熱機(jī)構(gòu)，擠條造粒，同時(shí)也被脫去一部分水分，之后均勻分布在網(wǎng)帶上，干燥時(shí)，物料從網(wǎng)帶的上方和下方強(qiáng)制輸入熱風(fēng)，使被干燥的每個(gè)粒子表面都成為受熱面，增大物料與熱風(fēng)的接觸面積顯著增加導(dǎo)熱面積，使物料內(nèi)部水份擴(kuò)散。組合成的配合使其效率更高，節(jié)能性更好 。

Raw material to be dried will be spread onto the screen belt through suitable feeding mechanism. When drying, hot air will be forced to input to raw material from up and low screen belt, It makes the surface of every particulate become surface to be heated. The area to contact with hot air is increased and the heat conduct area is increased remarkably. The diffused distance of moisture in raw material is shortened.Therefore the effective drying operation can be carried out. Particularly it is suitable for drying raw material that has been preformed. The series drier has high stability and energy saving.

特點(diǎn)   Features

◎  可設(shè)定適宜的操作條件，根據(jù)通風(fēng)方式相應(yīng)的干燥狀態(tài)，可任意調(diào)節(jié)溫度，風(fēng)量等操作條件。

◎  整個(gè)過程物料流量，使用溫度，終水份含量均可任意調(diào)節(jié)。

◎  物料在干燥裝置內(nèi)，是靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)移動(dòng)的，可幾乎不破壞產(chǎn)品的形狀，也無灰塵飛散。

◎  可使用各種傳送帶，根據(jù)干燥物料的不同，傳送帶除各種金屬絲網(wǎng)之外，也可用振動(dòng)板。

◎  傳送帶可清洗，加熱室與干燥室分開，更便于清洗傳送網(wǎng)帶。

◎  根據(jù)要求，可在設(shè)備底板裝配清掃裝置，將少量掉于底板上的物料刮送到出料端。

◎  根據(jù)產(chǎn)量和物料水份不同，可選擇多臺(tái)設(shè)備串聯(lián)使用，以提高產(chǎn)量。

◎  適用于顏料、染料等膏狀、糊狀物料預(yù)成形后的干燥。

◎  適用于高分子聚合物、氧化鐵、鐵酸鹽、氟石、醫(yī)藥品、調(diào)味料、瓊脂等的化學(xué)工業(yè)藥品、肥料、飼料等以及各種粒狀、片狀、纖維狀、蛋糕狀物料。

◎  For pigments, dyes, paste, paste pre-forming material after drying.
