性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：液體。設(shè)計(jì)用于增強(qiáng)DNA擴(kuò)增的特異性、敏感性和產(chǎn)量。使用該酶可在室溫配制反應(yīng)體系，使用方便。它是一種化學(xué)修飾的重組Taq DNA Polymerase，蛋白分子氨基酸殘基上增加了熱不穩(wěn)定的封閉基團(tuán)。該酶在室溫下沒(méi)有活性，避免形成引物二聚體和非特異性延伸，從而增加DNA擴(kuò)增的特異性。95℃加熱4分鐘可恢復(fù)活性?；罨拿妇哂信cTaq DNA Polymerase相同的功能：催化5——3方向合成DNA，無(wú)可檢測(cè)的3——5校正外切酶活性，具有較低的5——3外切酶活性。該酶還具有脫氧核糖核酸酶轉(zhuǎn)移活性，在PCR產(chǎn)物的3-端多加11個(gè)腺嘌呤，活化前檢測(cè)不到這些活性。
