High Efficiency Fluidized Bed Drying Equipment (CE Approved)

1.應(yīng)用范圍Scope of application
◆機(jī)制螺桿擠壓顆粒、搖擺顆粒、濕法高速混合制粒顆粒。
◆ Use screw to extrude and vibrate granule and granulate granule using the methods of humidity, high speed and mixing;
◆醫(yī)藥、食品、飼料、化工等領(lǐng)域濕顆粒和粉狀物料干燥。
◆ Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in the fieldssuch as pharmaceutical, foodstuff , feed, chemical industries and so on;
◆大顆粒，小塊狀，粘性塊粒狀物料。
◆ The raw material is large in granule and small in block and having adhesiveproperty;
◆魔芋、聚丙烯酰胺等干燥時(shí)體積變化的物料。
◆ Suitable for raw materials, its volume will be changed when dry, such as giantarum, polyacrylamide, etc.
2.原理Principle
空氣經(jīng)加熱凈化后，由引風(fēng)機(jī)從下部導(dǎo)入，穿過(guò)料斗的孔洞板。在工作室內(nèi)，經(jīng)攪拌和負(fù)壓作用形成流態(tài)化，水份快速蒸發(fā)后隨著排氣帶走，物料快速干燥。
When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material,. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the material is dried quickly.
3.特點(diǎn)
◆流化床為圓形結(jié)構(gòu)，避免死角。
◆ The structure of fluidized bed is round so as to avoid dead corner;
◆料斗設(shè)置攪拌，避免潮濕物料團(tuán)聚及干燥時(shí)形成溝流。
◆ Inside the hopper there is a stirrer in order to avoid agglomeration of raw material and forming canal of flow;
◆采用翻傾卸料，方便迅速，亦可按要求設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)進(jìn)出料系統(tǒng)。
◆ The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. In this way it is very convenient. The discharging system can be designed as request too;
◆密閉負(fù)壓操作，氣體經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾。操作簡(jiǎn)便，清洗方便，是符合GMP要求的理想設(shè)備。
◆ It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal .The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in clean. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirements of GMP;
◆干燥速度快，溫度均勻，每批干燥時(shí)間一般在 15-45 分鐘。
◆ The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the drying time is 15-45 minutes for each batch.
