1. 應(yīng)用( Application )：
1.1醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)進(jìn)行以下物料干燥：
For drying following material in medical , food , chemical industries :
1.2適用于散粒狀、粉狀物料。
Suit for the material like granule, powder .
1.3要求低溫干燥的熱敏性物料。
Suit for thermosensitive materials which need low temperature drying .
1.4要求大批量，低終水分的物料。
Suit for large capacity , low moisture content of final product .
1.5要求處于流化狀態(tài)干燥的物料。
Suit for the material need to dry in fluid mode .
2.特點(diǎn)( Features )：
2.1沸騰床干燥機(jī)可實(shí)行自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，是連續(xù)式干燥設(shè)備。干燥速度快，溫度低，可以符合藥品生產(chǎn) GMP 要求。
沸騰床干燥機(jī) can work in automatic mode , can run in batch mode and continuous mode , fast drying speed , low temperature , can designed according to GMP .
2.2熱源可以使用蒸汽、電、燃?xì)狻⑷加蜔犸L(fēng)爐等。
Heat source can be Steam , Electric , LPG ,Oil ,etc….
2.3沸騰床可以增加內(nèi)置換熱器實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)加熱功能，提高工作效率。
沸騰床干燥機(jī) can with inner heating function , improve the efficient of the dryer.
2.4沸騰床可以內(nèi)置攪拌功能，避免易結(jié)塊物料團(tuán)聚。
沸騰床干燥機(jī) can with blending function to avoid easy Agglomeration material reunite .
2.5沸騰床可以做成閉路循環(huán)加熱式，可以利用惰性氣體作為熱源載體，干燥易燃易爆物料。
沸騰床干燥機(jī) can be running in inner circling mode , can use Inert gas as the heat carrier to dry Flammable and explosive material .
