1. 概述( Description )：
單錐螺旋真空干燥機是一種夾套加熱傳導型間隙式干燥設備，是在藥品生產(chǎn)中廣泛應用的真空干燥設備，該干燥設備具備真空干燥和攪拌混合雙重功能。物料從頂部進料口加入后，關閉進料口，啟動加熱系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、攪拌系統(tǒng)，物料在垂直錐形螺旋的提升下向上運動，錐體內(nèi)壁熱量與物料充分接觸，物料以及內(nèi)部濕分溫度升高，在真空狀態(tài)下，濕分的沸點降低，低溫狀態(tài)下蒸發(fā)出來的濕分被真空系統(tǒng)抽出，完成干燥過程。
