【瘦肉精的危害】

“瘦肉精”進入動物體內后主要分布于肝臟。肌肉中含量較肝臟低很多。人攝入后在體內存留時間較長，其不良反應主要有：可引起心率加速，特別是原有心律失常的病例更易發(fā)生心臟反應，可見心室早搏、ST段與T波幅壓低，還會發(fā)出肌肉震顫，引發(fā)四肢、面頸部骨骼肌震顫，尤其是交感神經功能亢進的病例更易發(fā)生。此外，還可引起代謝紊亂、血鉀降低，引起心慌、肌肉震顫、頭痛以及臉部潮紅等。對心率失常、高血壓、青光眼、糖尿病、甲狀腺機能亢進等疾病的患者有較大危害。

【產品簡介】

本產品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡，用于定性檢測豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個檢測過程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現陽性結果應按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測。

【使用步驟】

1、測試前先完整閱讀說明書，使用前將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測卡，打開后請在一個小時內盡快地使用。

3、將檢測卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開始計時。

4、結果應在3-5分鐘時讀取，其他時間判讀無效，根據示意圖判定結果。

【結果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測限。
2. 陽性（+）：檢測T線無顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測限。

1. 無效：未出現質控C線，表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡請在保質期內一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗遇到的任何問題，請與供應商。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個月。有效期及批號見外包裝。

隨后，執(zhí)法人員又來到附近5家無公害養(yǎng)豬場檢測，發(fā)現其中4家的樣本萊克多巴胺快速檢測呈現陽性。執(zhí)法人員當即封存了這些尿液，等待上級檢驗機構進行成分判定，出具檢驗報告。
6家豬場尿樣中有5家在快速檢測中出現疑似陽性，當地主管“十分驚訝”。新鄉(xiāng)市副市長王曉然承認，對不規(guī)范的養(yǎng)殖戶監(jiān)管不夠得力，要嚴肅追究責任。
萊克多巴胺檢測成本偏高
早在2002年，農業(yè)部、衛(wèi)生部、國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局就公告，明令禁止在飼料和動物飲用水中添加鹽酸克倫特羅和萊克多巴胺等7種瘦肉精。但據《西安晚報》援引一位從事肉類制品業(yè)務的人士的話報道稱，在實際操作中多數地方只檢測鹽酸克倫特羅，萊克多巴胺等沒有納入常規(guī)檢測。
“對大部分肉制品來說，肥肉都是負累。”一位從事肉類制品業(yè)務的人士對該報稱，一般的豬，瘦肉率是30%~40%，而這種所謂“健美豬”滿身瘦肉，對于企業(yè)來說意味著利潤，所以這些大型肉類企業(yè)會把瘦肉率定在80%以上才收豬農的豬。
“人攝入鹽酸克倫特羅后反應比較厲害，會出現瘦肉精、頭暈、四肢無力、手顫等中毒癥狀，但是攝入萊克多巴胺后反應會相對輕微。”該人士說。
一位瘦肉精消息人士證實，各地都會檢測鹽酸克倫特羅，但是萊克多巴胺只有個別地方有檢測，因為其檢測成本比較高。“但是在不法養(yǎng)殖戶中，使用這兩種瘦肉精的比例其實是差不多的。”
07年豬肉價格瘋長的時候，要進口美國豬肉的消息頗吸引了許多目光。后來又說從美國豬肉中檢測出了瘦肉精成分，于是“陰謀論”者們孜孜不倦地闡發(fā)了許多中美經濟斗爭的“瘦肉精”。無論如何，zui后美國豬肉沒在中國掀起什么風浪。相對于韓國牛肉進口和中國臺灣豬肉進口，可以說是斜風細雨，很快就風平浪靜。
其實在美國豬肉中檢測出瘦肉精成分，實在不值得驚奇，大概也談不上中國報復什么。瘦肉精在中國是千夫所指，主管部門也響應民意立法禁止，于是人民大眾在法律條文上受到了良好的保護。盡管如此，還是時不時有非法使用瘦肉精，甚至導致消費者中毒的報道。但是在美國， 瘦肉精卻可以堂而皇之地使用，除了一小部分習慣性反對者外，廣大的人民群眾置若罔聞。難道美國人的身體構造跟我們不一樣，他們就不怕瘦肉精嗎？
