【瘦肉精的危害】

“瘦肉精”進入動物體內(nèi)后主要分布于肝臟。肌肉中含量較肝臟低很多。人攝入后在體內(nèi)存留時間較長，其不良反應主要有：可引起心率加速，特別是原有心律失常的病例更易發(fā)生心臟反應，可見心室早搏、ST段與T波幅壓低，還會發(fā)出肌肉震顫，引發(fā)四肢、面頸部骨骼肌震顫，尤其是交感神經(jīng)功能亢進的病例更易發(fā)生。此外，還可引起代謝紊亂、血鉀降低，引起心慌、肌肉震顫、頭痛以及臉部潮紅等。對心率失常、高血壓、青光眼、糖尿病、甲狀腺機能亢進等疾病的患者有較大危害。

【產(chǎn)品簡介】

本產(chǎn)品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡，用于定性檢測豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個檢測過程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產(chǎn)品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現(xiàn)陽性結(jié)果應按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測。

【使用步驟】

1、測試前先完整閱讀說明書，使用前將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測卡，打開后請在一個小時內(nèi)盡快地使用。

3、將檢測卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開始計時。

4、結(jié)果應在3-5分鐘時讀取，其他時間判讀無效，根據(jù)示意圖判定結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測限。
2. 陽性（+）：檢測T線無顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測限。

1. 無效：未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控C線，表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡請在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現(xiàn)沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗遇到的任何問題，請與供應商。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個月。有效期及批號見外包裝。

早報訊 據(jù)央視《每周質(zhì)量報告》昨日報道，河南新鄉(xiāng)市獲嘉縣執(zhí)法小組16日在大辛莊鄉(xiāng)6家無公害豬場的尿樣中，發(fā)現(xiàn)有5家在使用另一種嚴禁添加的瘦肉精——萊克多巴胺。
此前，央視“3·15”特別報道《“健美豬”真相》，就曾曝光該縣大辛莊鄉(xiāng)后小召村姬玉中無公害養(yǎng)豬場違規(guī)添加瘦肉精——鹽酸克倫特羅。
以前較少用萊克多巴胺
16日下午，執(zhí)法人員再次在獲嘉縣姬玉中無公害養(yǎng)豬場當場抽取了3個尿樣進行快速檢測，結(jié)果均呈現(xiàn)萊克多巴胺陽性。
執(zhí)法人員稱，由于鹽酸克倫特羅相對價格便宜，以前使用廣泛，很多檢驗環(huán)節(jié)都在采用試紙進行初步篩查，因此添加后容易發(fā)現(xiàn)。目前，很多養(yǎng)豬場開始將以前使用較少的萊克多巴胺作為瘦肉精添加，以逃避檢查。
據(jù)了解，萊克多巴胺與常見的瘦肉精——鹽酸克倫特羅一樣，均屬于β－腎上腺素瘦肉精。它可以加快畜禽的生長速度，降低其體內(nèi)的脂肪含量，提高瘦肉率，人吃了殘留萊克多巴胺的食物后，容易產(chǎn)生中毒癥狀，對青光眼、糖尿病、高血壓、前列腺肥大等疾病患者的危害更大，嚴重者還可能危及生命。
