概述 Descriptions

★該機(jī)是穿流連續(xù)式干燥設(shè)備，用于透氣性較好的片狀，條狀，顆粒狀物料的干燥，對(duì)于脫水蔬菜，中藥飲片等含水量高，而溫度不允許高的物料尤為合適，該系列干燥機(jī)具有干燥速度快，蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。對(duì)脫水濾餅狀的膏狀物料，需經(jīng)造?；蛑瞥砂魻詈笠嗫筛稍?。

★This machine is a continuous penetrating flow drying equipment applied .For drying pieces strip and particles state materials with good ventilation .the machine is suitable for the materials such as de-watering vegetable, herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and othersfor which the water contents are high and high drying temperature is not allowed. The machine owns the advantages, of fast drying speed, high evaporation capacity and good product quality. The de-watered filtered cake state paste material should be made into particles or strips before drying process.

原理 principle

★物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網(wǎng)帶上，網(wǎng)帶一般采用12-60目不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)，由傳動(dòng)裝置拖動(dòng)在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)。干燥機(jī)由若干單元組成，每一單元熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán)，部分尾氣由專門(mén)濕風(fēng)機(jī)排出，廢氣由調(diào)節(jié)閥控制，熱氣由下往上或由上往下穿過(guò)鋪滿物料的網(wǎng)帶完成熱量與質(zhì)量傳遞的進(jìn)程，帶走物料的水份。網(wǎng)帶緩慢移動(dòng)，運(yùn)行速度可根據(jù)物料溫度自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，干燥后的成品連續(xù)落入收料器中。上下循環(huán)單元根據(jù)用戶需要可靈活配備，單元數(shù)量亦可根據(jù)需要選取

★The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder. The mesh-belt Generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and it is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the dryer . the dryer is composed of several sections. For each section the hot air is circulated separately .part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower . the waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve. The hot air passes thyough the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away. The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property. The final products after the drying process will fall into the material collector continuously . the top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the user requirements .the number of section might be selected according to the production demands.
