概述 Descriptions

★槳葉式干燥器是一種在設(shè)備內(nèi)部設(shè)置攪拌槳，使物料在槳葉的攪動(dòng)下，與熱載體以及表面充分接觸，從而達(dá)到干燥目的的低速攪拌干燥器，結(jié)構(gòu)形成一般為臥式，雙軸或四軸。

★槳葉式干燥器分為熱風(fēng)式和傳熱式。熱風(fēng)式即通過(guò)熱載體（如熱空氣）與被干燥有物料相互接觸并進(jìn)行干燥，在傳導(dǎo)式中熱載體并不與被干燥的物料直接接觸，而是熱表面與物料相互接觸。傳導(dǎo)式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是物料不易被污染，排氣量小，熱效率高，體積相對(duì)小，有利于節(jié)約能源及防止空氣污染。

★適用范圍：塑料樹(shù)脂類產(chǎn)品無(wú)機(jī)藥品肥料飼料食品化纖染料淀粉下水管污泥等產(chǎn)品的干燥，如：氯乙烯樹(shù)脂尼龍聚乙烯聚丙烯淀粉氯化鈉砂糖氧化鐵長(zhǎng)石燒堿粉末等各種粉粒及膏狀料。

特點(diǎn) Features

★設(shè)備緊湊，占地面積小，熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)高，熱效率及佳，一般可達(dá)到80%-90%，是節(jié)能型設(shè)備。

★設(shè)備低轉(zhuǎn)速，對(duì)顆粒狀及片狀物料的破碎性很小。

★對(duì)物料適應(yīng)性廣，操作彈性大，物料停留時(shí)間幾分鐘到幾小時(shí)，可調(diào)。

★附屬設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單，投資少，操作費(fèi)用底。

★一機(jī)多用，可作干燥、冷卻、氣體回收、反應(yīng)加熱（預(yù)殺菌）等工藝操作。
