復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(jī)工作原理

動顎上端直接懸掛在偏心軸上，作為曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的連桿，由偏心軸的偏心直接驅(qū)動，動顎的下端鉸連著推力板支撐到機(jī)架的后壁上。當(dāng)偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時，動顎上各點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動軌跡是由懸掛點(diǎn)的圓周線(半徑等于偏心距)，逐漸向下變成橢圓形，越向下部，橢圓形越偏，直到下部與推力板連接點(diǎn)軌跡為圓弧線。由于這種機(jī)械中動顎上各點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動軌跡比較復(fù)雜，故稱為復(fù)雜擺動式顎式破碎機(jī)。
