一、概述
振框篩是一種紙漿粗選設備，主要用于化學漿、機械漿除節(jié)和廢紙漿粗篩選，振框平篩用于廢紙?zhí)幚砹鞒虝r，可有效去除廢紙漿里的金屬、塑料、橡膠等粗大雜質(zhì)。
振框篩利用周期振動產(chǎn)生的壓力脈沖篩選約漿并凈化篩孔，紙漿從進漿箱流入篩框后，良漿在差作用下通過篩孔，從出漿口排走，未通過篩孔的粗渣不斷跳向尾部，從篩框上排出。振框平篩結構簡單，動力消耗低，操作、維修方便，但操作條件較差。
ZSK4-ZSK5系列振框平篩采用懸掛式橡膠板減振器及傳統(tǒng)彈簧減振器二種。由用戶自行選擇。
1. Overview
Vibrating frame screen is a kind of pulp roughing equipment, which is mainly used for chemical pulp, mechanical pulp knot removal and waste pulp roughing screening. Vibrating frame flat screen used in waste paper treatment process can effectively remove heavy impurities such as metals, plastics and rubber in waste pulp.
Vibrating frame screen uses the pressure pulse generated by periodic vibration to screen roughly pulp and purify the sieve hole. After pulp flows into the sieve frame from the headbox, the fine pulp passes through the sieve hole under the differential action and discharges from the pulp outlet. The coarse residue which does not pass through the sieve hole jumps to the tail continuously and discharges from the sieve frame. The vibrating frame flat screen has the advantages of simple structure, low power consumption, convenient operation and maintenance, but poor operating conditions.
ZSK4-ZSK5 series vibrating frame flat screen adopts two kinds of suspension rubber plate shock absorber and traditional spring shock absorber. It is optional by the user.
