一、概述
高頻振框篩是制漿造紙行業(yè)的一種篩選設(shè)備，主要用于漿料的粗選凈化和壓力篩尾漿的處理。該設(shè)備用彈簧和膠帶兩種材料作減振裝置，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修方便、生產(chǎn)費(fèi)用低、占地面積小、生產(chǎn)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
1. Overview
High frequency vibrating screen is a screening equipment in pulp and paper industry. It is mainly used for the roughing and purification of pulp and the treatment of pressure screen tail pulp. The equipment uses spring and tape as shock absorber. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, small floor area and high production efficiency.

三、結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理
該機(jī)主要由篩框、振動系統(tǒng)、減振裝置、漿槽等組成。篩框的振動是由裝在主軸上的兩個偏心輪來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。主軸由撓性聯(lián)軸器與電動機(jī)相聯(lián)，篩框由彈簧支撐；具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、實(shí)用性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本機(jī)分為左右手機(jī)，用戶可根據(jù)需要選訂。
漿料自進(jìn)漿箱流入篩框，通過篩框的高頻振動來篩除漿中粗大雜質(zhì)。良漿通過篩板進(jìn)入漿槽，由出漿口排出，粗大雜質(zhì)則由篩框的端部排出。
3. Structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of screen frame, vibration system, vibration damping device, slurry tank and so on. The vibration of the screen frame is realized by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The spindle is connected with the motor by a flexible coupling and the screen frame is supported by a spring. It has the advantages of simple structure and good practical performance. This machine is divided into left and right hａnd operated machines, and users can choose them according to their needs.
The slurry flows into the screen frame from the pulp box, and the coarse impurities in the pulp are screened out through the high frequency vibration of the screen frame. The fine pulp is discharged through the sieve plate and discharged from the pulp outlet. The coarse impurity is discharged from the end of the screen frame.
